I don't understand at all, please explain.

The E-Journal contains no new material. It is simply a collection of good articles from existing back issues of DIRECTION in a downloadable format.

What is a downloadable E-Journal, and what is the point?

A digital download is one which is delivered direct to your computer. It will begin downloading automatically once you follow the instructions on the download page. The point of a free download is so that you may share the E-Journal with as many people as possible, if you like it. It can be offered as a gift (or incentive if you're an AT teacher) and in the process it helps publicize Alexander Technique and DIRECTION Journal at the same time.

I cannot find the E-Journal Link

The E-Journal link must be added to your shopping cart as if you are purchasing the download. Go to our backcatalogue page, read the instructions carefully at the top of the page, scroll down to the bottom and "Add to Shoppingcart" the E-Journal. On the next page, click on Checkout and you will be taken to the Order Form. Your credit card details WILL NOT be required unless you add other items to your shopping cart which you intend purchasing.

Why are you creating so much hype?

We truly wanted to get people moving as this is literally the last chance to purchase DIRECTION Journals at this price ever. Despite telling the entire AT community back in March 2005 that we would be closing in 1 year if there wasn't a big change in the finances...demand for our journals did not increase. The "hype" or urgency we've created has resulted in more sales in 1 month than over the past 2 years and means DIRECTION will live and breathe again.

I've tried downloading my E-Journal but it is not working

Please check your computer by doing a Search for this file: E-Journal.pdf. If you didn't "right click" (ctrl click for MAC) the "DOWNLOAD NOW" button, then you will find that the file has downloaded automatically to your computer. If you "right click" first, a box will ask you which folder to download the file to so you can find it easily later. We suggest that you download to your Desktop initially.

Can I renew my subscription yet?

Not yet. We ran out of money and puff 2 years ago because subscriptions are simply not enough cash flow to keep DIRECTION alive...nor is selling only to AT teachers and some students. So this time round, we will be promoting the socks off DIRECTION first...developing a much larger customer base and then calling for subscriptions. I expect that a new set of journals (brand new material) will begin production in 12 months time.

What is the Special Package deal?

The Special Package is made up of 6 best selling copies of DIRECTION Journals...and this is the cheapest way to purchase them ever. All other back issues are only available as individual copies at the standard price of $8.00...which is still much cheaper than our old price of $19.50 before postage.

Is Paypal secure and why do I receive emails from Paypal?

Paypal has 150 million members and began with Ebay. Their systems are so secure that in some cases if you enter your email or credit card incorrectly it will black-list you from their system! We've had that happen a few times already.

As far as "emails from Paypal" goes...in most cases the email is not from Paypal at all, but internet criminals. Automated web "robots" mine email addresses completely separate from Paypal. If you've ever entered your email address into a computer, it is recorded somewhere that a hacker can access it. Never reply to, or click on a link in an email from Paypal unless it is addressed to you personally and you've checked the destination of the link first.
