If you miss the quarterly Subscription Drive and/or subscribe at other times of the year, all back issues(Including the latest one we've produced) are Back Issues.
The beauty of our new printing system is that we CAN print one copy at a time, but it does cost us quite a bit more. As soon as we print 2 or more copies our costs come down. Therefore when we print the "latest issue" it is with a strict number of orders for fully paid-up subscribers only.
Once that print run is completed (and you will be given ample time to ensure your subscription is current) the brand new issue immediately becomes a back issue, orderable in lots of 1 or more, but at additional cost.
