There is a little bar that moves as you listen and if you click on play/pause...it will hold the position for a limited amount of time. But if your computer goes to sleep...this place gets lost.

If you have to walk away from the player in the middle of listening, I suggest you take a quick look at the time stamp on the right of the player. Then, when you return, you can always slide the bar along to that time slot again. Make sure you press play first to get the audio loading.
