Search the FAQ for entries containing:

The best way to make sure they DO work is to cut and paste them into the "login and password" fields. 

Then, click on "Remember Password" before you click Login. The warning says that the password is stored in "plain text within browser", but we aren't protecting NASA secrets here.

Your payment details are not stored on our website, so if some brainiac found the logins to the DIRECTION website in your browser they would probably be bored with the fruits of their hacking.

If this fails, let me know here and I can reset them manually.

When you receive the replacement, please follow the instructions to change the password to something that you can remember...even if it's just your name.
