1. EDITORIAL
Happy (belated) New Year,
My best wishes to everyone. Have you turned over a new leaf?
Our future is catching up with us at an ever alarming rate, however if we
can't see what we're doing in the present moment,
what condition are we in for the next?
How about starting by checking out the abstracts to our new issue, THE
FUTURE. Due for release in June 2002.
As a subscriber
to Freemail you've taken that first step towards finding out where you are,
and what you're doing in the present moment.
The next step is to find a teacher, try the links
section of our website.
Or if you're more the team player then there is a huge selection of worldwide
courses and workshops in the Forthcoming Events section
of this message.
Direction Journal's back catalogue contains issues on a diverse range of themes.
From Kids to Dance, Emotions to Spirituality. Take a look at the diversity.
Backcatalogue.
Issues in the making shows that our future looks very bright. Future Issues
If you haven't been back to the DirectionJournal website for a while then I suggest you check out some of the updates. We have reprinted two Back Issues in the last 12 months and you can order through our secure server. OK that's not news, just a little reminder of the convenience!
Cheers,

KAUAI ALEXANDER COURSE
2002
MAY 21 - 28, 2002
Since 1990 we have organized an annual residential course on the beautiful
island of
Kauai in Hawaii. The main idea was to offer individual work in the Alexander
Technique
in a small group setting, during an intensive six-day period. As our goal
of keeping the
course small (10-12 students), we also realized the importance of free time
to absorb
the information and enjoy the island.
